- Observed serial range: DV-41518 - DV-41983 - Sticker wells at top-left and top-right - At first glance, these plates appear to be part of the normal "Disabled Veteran" series, but the serial number is much higher than where the normal series was during this time period. It's very possible that this was an early version of the Severe Disability series but that is so far unconfirmed. |
