Person with Disability (Motorcycle)

Until the 2007 base, handicapped status for motorcycles was only indicated with a Handicapped/Person with Disability sticker on the plate. These were first seen on 1977 base plates, but the stickers may not have been issued until the late 1990s.

Text in red indicates changes from previous base/format.
